When accomplished investigative reporter Gary Webb committed suicide, Miller & Ngo sponsored this satirical edition of the San Jose Mercury News, which was distributed in the newsroom of the paper that stabbed him in the back for his investigative series on the U.S. government’s participation in drug trading, and the resulting crack epidemic, to raise money for its illegal war in Nicaragua.ֲ The C.I.A. has admitted Webb’s findings.
